新工科背景下,推进产教融合是发展高等教育,特别是发展技术应用型高等教育的重要途径,是实体经济、科技创新、现代金融、人力资源协同发展的重要动力,亦是进行创新型人才培养的重要路径。本研究以研学社团为依托,探索智能采矿创新型人才培养的关键举措,充分发挥社团平台的资源开拓能力和团队融合能力,将多种实践教学资源与专家教师资源引入人才培养中,促进学科交叉融合、产教融合、科研成果转化和创新型人才培养,以达到提高智能采矿专业建设水平和创新型人才培养的目的。

Under the background of new engineering,promoting the integration of industry and education is an important way to develop higher education,especially the development of technology application-oriented higher education.It is an important driving force for the coordinated development of the real economy,scientific and technological innovation,modern finance,and human resources,and it is also an important way to cultivate innovative talents.In order to achieve the purpose of improving the professional construction level of intelligent mining and cultivation of innovative talents,exploring key measures to cultivate innovative talents in intelligent mining relying on the research associations,playing fully to the resource development and integration capabilities of the association platform,introducing a variety of teaching practice resources and teaching expert resources into personnel training,promoting interdisciplinary integration,integration of industry and education,transformation of scientific research achievements and cultivation of innovative talents.
