基于国家标准的知识产权本科毕业论文质量评价机制完善研究

Study on Quality Assessment Mechanism of Intellectual Property Major Undergraduate Dissertations under National Standard

以本校共5届知识产权专业本科毕业论文为分析样本,调查发现学生在文献阅读、研究能力和写作水平等方面存在短板。现有质量评价机制的评价主体、指标设置、操作指引等方面有改进的必要。以法学专业大类教学质量国家标准为指导,从评价原则、指标分层、评分量化等方面完善质量评价指标,可以更科学地检验学生大学阶段的最终学业成果,也有助于督促师生更好地参与和完成这一教学实践活动。

Taking the graduation dissertations in South-Central Minzu University as the analysis sample,it is found that students have shortcomings in literature reading,research ability and writing ability.The existing assessment mechanism needs to be improved.Based on the guiding role of National Standards for professional teaching quality,a two-level index system and some operable quantitative scoring standards should be set up to perfect present system of Intellectual Property major dissertation.
