产教融合背景下高校人才培养模式优化策略

Optimization Strategy of Talent Training and Education in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Integration of Industry and Education

产教融合人才培养模式是我国高等教育改革的主旋律,基于产教融合开展人才培养工作可提升人才培养质量,提高高校核心竞争力。当前,高校人才培养工作不适应社会经济发展要求,存在着校企合作趋于形式化、产学脱节、师资力量不足等问题,直接影响其核心竞争力。高校应创新校企合作机制,促进校企“双元”育人;提升自身服务产业发展的能力,推动产学一体化;构建双师型师资队伍,强化师资力量,以此切实优化高校人才培养工作,为产教深度融合注入新动能。

The talent training mode of integration of industry and education is the main theme of China’s higher education reform.The talent training based on integration of industry and education can improve the quality of talent training and enhance the core competitiveness of colleges and universities.At present,talent training in colleges and universities cannot meet the requirements of social and economic development.There are problems such as the formalization of school enterprise cooperation,the disconnection between production and learning,and the shortage of teachers,which directly affect their core competitiveness.Colleges and universities should innovate the school enterprise cooperation mechanism to promote the"dual"education between schools and enterprises;Improve the ability of service industry development and promote the integration of industry and education;We should build a double qualified faculty and strengthen the faculty.In this way,we will effectively optimize the talent training work in colleges and universities,and inject new momentum into the in-depth integration of industry and education.
