基于核心素养的“导游讲解技巧”小班制教学实践研究

摘要 “导游讲解技巧”课程是本科院校旅游服务与管理专业的重要课程之一,基于核心素养的“导游讲解技巧”小班制教学设计是以导游工作岗位的知识、能力、技巧要求为出发点,结合学习内容和典型工作任务,融入核心素养教育理念,采用小班制教学模式来进行的。本文对“导游讲解技巧”课程中所体现出来的核心素养培养目标体系,以及小班制教学组织形式进行深入辨析,并结合教学实践提出基于核心素养的“导游讲解技巧”小班制教学设计,最后总结了基于核心素养的“导游讲解技巧”小班制教学设计推广的难点及相关建议,具有一定的理论意义和实践研究价值。 The Course of"Guide Interpretation Skills"is one of the important courses for the tourism service and management specialty of undergraduate colleges.The small class teaching design of"Guide Interpretation Skills"based on core quality is based on the knowledge,ability and skill requirements of the tour guide post,combined with typical work tasks and learning content,integrated with the core quality education concept,and adopted the small class teaching mode.This paper makes a thorough analysis of the core quality training target system and the small class teaching organization form embodied in the Course of"Guide Interpretation Skills",and puts forward the small class teaching design of"Guide Interpretation Skills"based on core quality in combination with teaching practice.Finally,it summarizes the difficulties and relevant suggestions in promoting the small class teaching design of"Guide Interpretation Skills"based on core quality,it has certain theoretical significance and practical research value.
