Focusing on the needs of the engineering industry in the new era,aiming at the current situation of the cultivation of outstanding talents in the field of road and bridge and river crossing engineering under the background of the new engineering discipline,this paper analyzes the main problems in talent cultivation,and discusses the cultivation strategies from the aspects of talent cultivation objectives,curriculum system construction,teaching system construction,teacher team construction,and teaching quality monitoring,so as to improve the quality of the cultivation of outstanding talents in the field of road and bridge and river crossing engineering.
