近年来,随着研究生培养模式不断改革,非全日制工商管理专业硕士规模逐年扩大,该群体已成为高校思想政治教育工作中不可忽视的重要组成部分。非全日制工商管理专业硕士具有思维发散性、重实践、轻科研等特点,在该群体的思想政治教育工作中存在缺失基层党组织建设、传统“灌输式”思想政治教育方法效果不明显等问题。高校应根据其思想特点进行针对性思想政治教育,以提升非全日制工商管理研究生思想政治教育工作实效性。

In recent years,the number of part-time business administration graduate students has been expanded year by year,and it has become an important group that cannot be ignored in the ideological and political education work in colleges.They have the characteristics of divergent thinking,emphasizing practice,neglecting scientific research.In their ideological and political education work,there are a lack of grass-roots Party organization construction,unclear effect of traditional"indoctrination"ideological and political education methods.Targeted ideological and political education should be carried out according to their ideological characteristics to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of part-time business administration graduate students.
