Innovation of Vocational Education Personnel Training Mode under the Background of Production-education Integration

在专业建设速度加速以及知识生产模式变迁的背景下,要以产教融合为抓手,推进现代职业教育培养模式改革。在创新人才培养模式中,学校应把握其关键点,探索出科学的人才培养路径:即加强产教融合,优化育人机制,实现企业需求与培养目标的充分对接,通过应用双导师制及统筹生产实践与专业建设,来提高人才培养的质量。为此,本文结合人才培养模式的创新驱动力,分析培养模式的创新关键点,从而探索出科学的培养模式创新思路,推动我国职业教育的现代化、高质量、全方位的建设。

Under the background of the acceleration of professional construction and the change of knowledge production mode,it is imperative to promote the reform of modern vocational education training mode with the integration of production and education as the starting point.In the innovative talent training mode,the school should grasp its key points and explore the scientific talent training path.That is to strengthen the integration of production and education,optimize the education mechanism,realize the full docking of enterprise needs and training objectives,and improve the quality of talent training through the application of double tutorial system and overall planning of production practice and professional construction.Therefore,this paper combines the innovation driving force of personnel training mode,analyzes the key points of training mode innovation,so as to explore the scientific innovation ideas of training mode,and promote the modernization,high quality and all-round construction of vocational education in China.
