Research on the Innovation of College Students’ Educational Management under the Concept of "People Oriented"

“以人为本”是高校教育管理的本质要求、是实现教育管理目标的重要保障、是培养合格人才的根本条件。大学生教育管理中存在忽视学生主体地位、教育方式过于传统、教育管理队伍专业性有待提升等问题。高校应以提高师生对“以人为本”理念的认识为基础,进一步优化教育模式,强化管理服务育人功能,以发展学生职业能力为目标完善管理体系,强化校园文化建设,提高高校育人质量。

"People oriented"is the essential requirement of college education management,the important guarantee to achieve the goal of education management,and the fundamental condition to cultivate qualified talents.There are some problems in the management of college students’education,such as neglecting the students’dominant position,too traditional educational methods,and the professionalism of the educational management team to be improved.Colleges and universities should,on the basis of improving teachers and students’understanding of the concept of"peopleoriented",further optimize the education model,strengthen the function of management,service and education,improve the management system with the goal of developing students’professional ability,strengthen the construction of campus culture,and improve the quality of education in colleges and universities.
