地方院校研究生导师团队建设初探

Discussion on the Construction of Postgraduate Tutor Team in Local Colleges and Universities

目前我国高校特别是地方院校的研究生导师既要指导研究生,同时又要兼顾自身的教学、科研、管理等多重工作任务。因此,如何保障研究生得到导师及时的指导,如何使研究生顺利、高质量地完成论文,如何培养研究生在思维、写作、实践、表达等方面具有一定主动性和创新性,是提高研究生培养质量的关键问题,也是亟须思考和解决的问题。显然,利用研究生导师团队来共同指导研究生要比研究生导师个人单独指导研究生的效果要好。对此,文章根据严重缺乏研究生导师团队的地方院校实际情况,以提升研究生培养质量为目标,分别从研究生导师团队建设的作用与意义、研究生导师团队建设的主要内容、研究生导师团队建设的主要途径等方面进行了初步探讨,为地方院校中想要组建导师团队、提升研究生培养质量的导师提供有益参考。

At present,graduate tutors in colleges and universities,especially in local colleges and universities,should not only guide graduate students,but also take into account their own teaching,scientific research,management and other multiple tasks.Therefore,how to ensure that graduate students receive timely guidance from their supervisors,how to enable graduate students to complete their papers smoothly and with high quality,and how to cultivate graduate students to have a certain degree of initiative and innovation in thinking,writing,practice,expression,etc.are the key issues to improve the quality of graduate training,and also the issues that need to be considered and solved urgently.Obviously,it is better to use the team of graduate tutors to guide graduate students together than to guide graduate students individually.In this regard,according to the actual situation of local colleges and universities that are seriously lacking in the team of graduate tutors,with the goal of improving the quality of graduate education,this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the role and significance of the construction of the team of postgraduate tutors,the main contents of the construction of the team of postgraduate tutors,the main ways of the construction of the team of postgraduate tutors,etc.,which provides a useful reference for the tutors in local colleges who want to establish a team of tutors and improve the quality of postgraduate training.
