工程教育认证理念下土木工程人才校企合作培养模式研究

Research on University-enterprise Cooperation Training Mode of Civil Engineering Talents Based on Engineering Education Certification

工程教育认证是当今工科类专业发展的趋势。而对于土木工程专业而言,培养符合专业认证标准的合格土木工程人才需要有大量的实践教学环节来支撑。文章在深入解读国家工程教育认证标准的基础上,将专业认证框架下的12条毕业要求与土木工程人才培养目标相结合,探索校企合作共同培养学生的五种校企联合培养模式,即包括了共同参与编写人才培养方案,共同参与实践教学,共建校内科研平台,共建校外实习基地,以及开展专业技能竞赛等。这种“两共同、两平台、一竞赛”的校企联合培养模式,可以很好地在符合专业认证标准的框架下,为当地培养出合格的高级应用型土木工程专业技术人才。

Engineering education certification is a trend in the development of engineering majors today. For civil engineering majors, the cultivation of qualified civil engineering talents who meet professional accreditation standards needs to be supported by a large number of practical teaching sessions. In this paper, based on the detailed analysis of the content of engineering education accreditation standards, the 12 graduation requirements stipulated in the standards are combined with the training objectives of civil engineering majors. Finally, five methods of talent training mode of university-enterprise cooperation are given. This includes revising talent training programs, participating in practical teaching work, establishing research platforms on campus, establishing internship bases off campus, and organizing professional skills competitions. This joint school-enterprise training model can be a good way to train qualified senior civil engineering professionals for the local area within the framework of professional certifications standards.
