学业导师制背景下的测绘创新人才培养

摘要 充分发挥学业导师的知识和经验优势,进行高水平、自主创新能力强的优秀测绘创新创业人才培养,是我国测绘工程人才培养面临的重要问题。文章以“成都理工大学”为例,结合测绘专业的教学实践,从学业导师的指导内容、学业导师的选择、学业导师的指导方式等方面出发,探讨如何有效发挥学业导师的作用,提升测绘专业学生创新创业能力,并总结有益的经验。 It is an important issue for China’s surveying and mapping engineering personnel training to give full play to the knowledge and experience advantages of academic tutors and train excellent surveying and mapping innovative and entrepreneurial talents with high level and strong independent innovation ability. Based on the teaching practice of surveying and mapping major in Chengdu University of Technology, this paper discusses how to effectively play the role of academic tutor, improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of surveying and mapping major students,and summarizes useful experience from the aspects of the guidance content, selection and mode of academic tutor.
