陕西省属高校科技创新服务体系建设现状与对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Construction of Scientific and Technological Innovation Service System in Shaanxi Provincial Colleges and Universities

高校科研成果服务社会经济发展需求是高校一项重要职能,省属高校科技创新体系作为地方乃至国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分,应做好服务体系建设并服务好地方经济科技发展需求。文章从陕西省属高校实际出发,分析高校科技创新服务体系建设现状,提出陕西秦创原创新驱动平台背景下的陕西省属高校科技创新服务体系建设对策,以期为提升陕西省属高校科技创新服务能力,更好服务地方科技与经济发展提供有益参考。

It is an important function of colleges and universities that their scientific research achievements serve the needs of social and economic development. As an important part of the scientific and technological innovation system of a province or even a country, the scientific and technological innovation system of colleges and universities should do a good job in the construction of the service system and serve the needs of local economic and technological development. Based on the reality of Shaanxi provincial universities, this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of the scientific and technological innovation service system of universities, and puts forward the countermeasures under the background of Shaanxi Qinchuangyuan Innovation Driven Platform, with a view to provide a reference of improving the scientific and technological innovation service ability of Shaanxi provincial universities and better serving the local scientific and technological and economic development.
