学术型研究生科研兴趣和创新能力培养探讨——以遗传学专业为例

Discussion on the Cultivation of Scientific Research Interest and Innovation Ability of Academic Postgraduates——Take genetics as an example

提高学术型研究生培养质量是研究生教育工作的根本所在,亦是当今社会科技发展对人才的新要求。而科研兴趣的提升和创新能力的培养,对于研究生个体的学术成长至关重要。本文通过科研兴趣的激发、科研技能的训练、科研素质的提升、创新思维的展开四个方面深入探讨如何提高医学遗传学专业研究生的科研兴趣和创新能力,并通过作者所在教研室对遗传学研究生的培养实践验证了文中所提办法的可行性和有效性。

Improving the quality of academic postgraduate education is the root of postgraduate education and the new requirement for talents from the development of science and technology in today’s society.The promotion of research interest and the cultivation of innovation ability are crucial to the academic growth of individual graduate students.This paper discusses how to improve the scientific research interest and innovation ability of medical genetics graduate students through four aspects:stimulating scientific research interest,training scientific research skills,improving scientific research quality,and launching innovative thinking.The feasibility and effectiveness of the methods proposed in this paper are verified by the practice of the author’s teaching and research department in the training of genetics graduate students.
