农业水利工程专业劳动教育路径探索——以塔里木大学为例

Exploration on the Path of Labor Education in Agricultural Water Conservancy Engineering Specialty——Taking Tarim University as an Example

劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容,直接决定了社会主义建设者和接班人的劳动精神面貌、劳动价值取向和劳动技能水平。本文针对塔里木大学农业水利工程专业劳动教育路径选择原则与主要路径进行了初步探索,并提出了“科研劳动、工地劳动、田间劳动、实验室劳动、工厂劳动”等劳动路径及相应的实施方案,以期为提升塔里木大学农业水利工程专业劳动教育效果与农业水利工程专业学生培养质量提供一些有益的参考和建议。

Labor education is an important part of the socialist education systemwith Chinese characteristics,which directly determines the labor spirit,labor value orientation and labor skill level of the socialist builders and successors.This paper makes a preliminary exploration on the selection principles and main paths of labor education for the agricultural and water conservancy engineering specialty of Tarim University,and puts forward the main labor paths and corresponding implementation schemes such as“scientific research labor,construction site labor,field labor,laboratory labor and factory labor”.The purpose of this paper is to provide some useful references and suggestions for improving the effect of labor education and cultivating quality of students majoring in agricultural water conservancy engineering in Tarim University.
