目的:探索高职医药卫生类专业人才培养方案,为人才培养改革提供参考。方法:聚焦区域医药卫生人才需求状况,校企合作制订人才培养方案并不断优化。结果:通过各专业人才培养方案改革研究和实施,有利于提升人才培养质量,发挥示范引领作用。结论:研究成果可在省内外同类职业院校推广应用。

Objective:Explore the talent training scheme of medical and health specialty in higher vocational colleges,provide reference for the reform of personnel training.Methods:Focusing on the regional demand for medical and health talents,university-enterprise cooperation to develop talent training program and continuous optimization.Results:Through the research and implementation of the reform of personnel training programs in various specialties,it is conducive to improving the quality of personnel training and playing a leading role in demonstration.Conclusion:The research results can be popularized and applied in similar vocational colleges in and outside the province.
