科教融合式航空航天类激光焊接实验课程探究与实践

摘要 当前,航空航天主机厂对本科生技能和实践水平的需求越来越高,针对军工集团科研项目的教学属性尚未充分开发的问题,通过调研和访谈摸清航空航天主机厂对学生的技能需求,遴选能够与当前实验课程有效融合的军工集团科研项目,结合现有的教学大纲和学生的专业基础制订科教融合式焊接实验课程教学改革方案。邀请军工集团工艺工程师、资深实验教师和学生对课程效果进行评估并改进,形成科教融合式激光焊接实验新课程大纲,培养兼具合作性、创新性和技术性的航空航天类焊接方向的复合型人才。 The current aerospace factory has ascending requirements for undergraduates’skill and practical levels.Meanwhile,there is a problem that the teaching attributes of military enterprise research projects have not been fully developed.Firstly,the skill demands of students for aerospace factories are found by investigation and interview.Secondly,the military enterprise research projects that can integrate with the current experimental courses are selected.Finally,the teaching reform schemes of scientific and educational integration welding experimental course combined with the existing teaching syllabus and student’s professional foundation are formulated.Military engineers,senior experimental teachers,and students are invited to evaluate and improve the course’s effect,and then a new curriculum integrating science and education laser welding experiments is proposed.Compound talents with cooperative,innovative,and technical characteristics in aerospace welding specialty will be cultivated.
