高职院校针灸推拿专业课程教学改革研究

Research on the Teaching Reform of Acupuncture and Massage in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着社会的进步和人民生活水平的提升,以针灸推拿为主的传统中医疗法因在治疗特定疾病、调理身体亚健康等方面的优异临床效果,受到了人们的广泛关注与青睐。国家、社会对中医领域专业人才需求也随之增加。高职院校承担着专业技术人才培养的重任,目前,针灸推拿专业的课程教学仍存在一些问题:教学理念落后、教学模式陈旧、教学方式单一等,影响了课程教学效果。文章结合信息化教学平台,提出增加实践教学比重、提升实践教学效果,明确就业市场需求和学习目标,利用信息化平台培养学生自主学习能力以及强化德育、提升学生职业道德水平的若干对策,以期为高职院校针灸推拿专业的课程教育改革提供借鉴。

With the progress of society and the improvement of people’s living standards,the traditional Chinese medicine therapy based on acupuncture and massage has been widely concerned and favored by people because of its excellent clinical effects in treating specific diseases,recuperating sub-health and other aspects.The national and social demand for professionals in the field of traditional Chinese medicine has also increased.Higher vocational colleges shoulder the important task of training professional and technical personnel.At present,there are some problems in the course teaching of acupuncture and massage specialty:backward teaching concept,outdated teaching mode,single teaching method,etc.,which affect the course teaching effect.In combination with the information teaching platform,this paper puts forward several countermeasures to increase the proportion of practical teaching,improve the effect of practical teaching,clarify the employment market demand and learning objectives,use the information platform to cultivate students’independent learning ability,strengthen moral education,and improve students’professional ethics,with a view to providing reference for the curriculum education reform of acupuncture and massage major in higher vocational colleges.
