摘要
要想培养出更多符合时代需求、岗位需求的优秀人才,需要高校采用精准思政的教育模式,全面分析当前思政教育存在的问题,探索、寻找更适合思政教育的精准路径,真正做到有的放矢,才能从根本上提高思政教育的效果。因此,高校必须要认识到开展精准思政的必要性,并制订切实可行的教育策略。
In order to cultivate more outstanding talents who meet the needs of the times and posts,colleges and universities need to adopt a precise ideological and political education model,comprehensively analyze the existing problems in the current ideological and political education,explore and find a precise path more suitable for ideological and political education,and truly aim at the target,so as to fundamentally improve the effect of ideological and political education.Therefore,colleges and universities must recognize the necessity of carrying out precise ideological and political work and formulate practical educational strategies.
