以教学能力比赛提升高职英语教师教学能力的研究

摘要 教师是立教之本、兴教之源,是推进新时代教育事业高质量发展的重要因素。文章从全国职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛的视角,探讨提升高职英语教师教学能力的有效方法,旨在全面促进教师在教学设计、教学实施、信息化技术应用,教研科研等方面的提升,进而优化高职英语课堂教学模式,实现以比赛促进教学改革的大赛辐射作用,以此激活教师提升自身能力的兴趣,打通教师自身发展的新通道。 Teachers are the foundation of education,the source of education,and an important factor to promote the development of education in the new era.This article intend to explore an effective way to improve higher vocational English teachers’teaching ability from the perspective of teaching ability competition,which aims at promoting the teachers’abilities in teaching design,teaching implementation,information technology application,scientific research,as well as optimize the teaching mode,realize the radiation effect of the competition in improving the teaching reform and activate teachers’interest in promoting their ability to open up a new channel of their development.
