专业实践是专业学位硕士研究生培养的重要环节,在提高专业学位教育质量方面具有重要意义。文章分析了专业实践的相关组成要素和实施形式,指出了现阶段专业实践在发展理念、实践单位、指导管理、评价导向等方面面临的主要问题。重点提出了保证专业实践质量的应对措施,要注重系统化整体性设计,明晰职能部门和培养单位职责,强化专业实践过程管理,加强实践资源、“双导师”队伍、考核评价的建设管理。

As an important training part for professional degree postgraduates,professional practice is of great significance in improving the quality of professional degree education.Through the analysis of the relevant elements and implementation forms of professional practice,the main issues faced by professional practice in aspects of development ideas,practice organizations,guidance management,and evaluation orientation are presented.Several countermeasures are proposed to ensure the quality of professional practice,including emphasizing the systematic and holistic design,clearing the responsibilities of functional departments and training organizations,enhancing the process management of professional practice,and strengthening the construction and management of practice resources,"dual tutor"teams,and evaluation methods.
