地方院校实施全方位育人是将立德树人落到实处的重要根基,是补齐短板推动高质量发展的必要途径,是促进大学生全方位发展的迫切需求,具有系统性、连续性、整体性特点。在新时代转型的背景下,地方院校要厘清全方位育人体系的基本结构,利用各类资源统筹推进课程育人和网络育人、深入推进文化育人和实践育人;要打造校领导、骨干教师齐抓共管,规范全方位育人体系、优化育人体系反馈机制。

The implementation of all-round education in local colleges and universities is an important foundation for putting morality and talent cultivation into practice,a necessary way to complement weaknesses and promote highquality development,and an urgent need to promote all-round development of college students.It is characterized by systematicness,continuity and integrity.Under the background of the transformation of the new era,local colleges and universities should clarify the basic structure of the all-round education system,make use of various resources to promote curriculum education and network education,and further promote cultural education and practical education;It is necessary to build a comprehensive education system under the joint management of school leaders and key teachers,and optimize the feedback mechanism of the education system.
