新工科背景下地方“双非”高校研究生创新能力培养探索

Research on the Cultivation of Innovative Ability of Graduate Students in Local "Double Non" Universities under the Background of New Engineering

新工科建设更加重视研究生创新能力的培养。文章针对当前地方“双非”高校研究生创新能力培养过程中的培养方案和课程体系不合理,科研主动性不足,缺乏创新意识,科研评价机制不合理,学术交流机会少、参与度差,项目经验少、实践能力不足等问题,有针对性地提出了一系列措施,以期提高地方“双非”高校研究生的创新能力,为地方科技创新人才的战略性储备工作提供有益参考。

New engineering construction pays more attention to the cultivation of graduate students’innovation ability.This paper aims at the problems in the current local"double non"universities postgraduate innovation ability cultivation process,such as unreasonable training scheme and curriculum system,lack of scientific research initiative and innovation consciousness,unreasonable scientific research evaluation mechanism,few opportunities for academic exchange,poor participation,less project experience and insufficient practical ability.This paper puts forward a series of measures which can effectively improve the innovative ability of local"double non"college graduates,and provides useful reference for the strategic reserve of local scientific and technological innovative talents.
