浅谈医学留学生临床实习教学中的几点体会

Some Experiences in Clinical Practice Teaching for International Medical Students

来华医学留学生在临床实习中由于文化差异、语言不通等原因存在很多困难,近年来还因为全球疫情的阻碍显得困难重重,在医学留学生的实习教学中存在管理、教学模式等方面的不足,导致其参与临床学习的积极性不够。为培养留学生参与临床学习的积极性,临床实习教学中应尽量做到全英文讲课,丰富现有教学模式,改进留学生管理观念和模式,充分利用网络平台、多媒体等手段改进教学形式,激发留学生的学习兴趣,注重结合具体实例讲解疾病的病因、临床表现、诊断和治疗等,有效提高医学留学生临床实习的效果。

Due to cultural differences,language barriers and other reasons,international medical students in China have many difficulties in their clinical practice.In recent years,they also have many difficulties due to the global epidemic.There are deficiencies in management,teaching mode and other aspects in the practice teaching of international medical students,resulting in their lack of enthusiasm to participate in clinical learning.In order to cultivate the enthusiasm of foreign students to participate in clinical learning,we should try our best to teach in English,enrich the existing teaching model,improve the management concept and model of foreign students,make full use of network platforms,multimedia and other means to improve the teaching form,stimulate the interest of foreign students in learning,and focus on explaining the causes,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of diseases with specific examples,effectively improve the effect of clinical practice for international medical students.
