Reform and Practice of Talent Training Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on 1+X Certificate System——Taking Gansu Industry Polytechnic College as the Example

1+X证书制度试点工作为高等职业教育人才培养模式改革带来新方向。文章以甘肃工业职业技术学院为例,立足学校实际情况,理性分析人才培养现状,提出基于1+X证书制度的学校人才培养模式改革与实践路径,推动学校专业建设水平和人才培养质量不断提升。

The pilot work of 1+X certificate system brings a new direction to the reform of talent training mode in higher vocational education.The paper,based onthe realityand taking Gansu Industry Polytechnic College as the example,analyzes the present situation oftalent training.And then,it puts forwards the reformand practice pathof school talent cultivationmode based on 1+X certificate system to promote professional construction level and talent training quality.
