“双万计划”背景下专业建设的探索与实践——以应用型本科高校为例

Exploration and Practice of Specialty Construction under the Background of "Double Ten-thousand Plan" ——Take application-oriented undergraduate universities as an example

应用型本科高校专业建设作为贯彻落实教育综合改革的一项重要任务,已成为满足产业对专业人才需求的必然选择。文章以“双万计划”的实施为契机,从人才培养方案、课程和教材建设、师资队伍、产教融合、创新创业教育、质量监控与评价六个方面对应用型本科高校专业建设的路径进行了研究与探索。提出了推进专业建设的途径与方法,围绕专业建设的需求列举了满足专业建设的条件保障措施,以期强化专业内涵建设、推进专业建设高质量发展。

As an important task of implementing the comprehensive education reform,the specialty construction of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities has become an inevitable choice to meet the needs of the industry for professional talents.Taking the implementation of the"Double Ten-thousand Plan"as anopportunity,this paper studies and explores the path of specialty construction in application-oriented undergraduate universities from six aspects:talent training program,curriculum and textbook construction,teaching staff,integrationof industry and education,innovation and entrepreneurship education,and quality monitoring and evaluation.It puts forward the ways and methods to promote the professional construction,and lists the guarantee measures to meet the requirements of professional construction,with a view to strengthening the construction of professional connotation and promoting the high-quality development of professional construction.
