职业能力是应用型高校经济管理类本科生就业创业竞争的筹码。作为经济管理类本科实践教学特别是职业能力培养的“最后一公里”,毕业论文改革势在必行。文章通过梳理经济管理类本科毕业论文的改革进展,揭示考虑职业能力的经济管理类本科毕业论文改革困局,提出了职业能力视域下经济管理类本科毕业论文改革的突破路径。

Professional ability is the bargaining chip of employment and entrepreneurship competition for the economic management undergraduates in application-oriented universities.As the"last mile"of the practical teaching of undergraduate courses in economic management,especially the cultivation of professional ability,the reform of graduation thesis is imperative.This paper,by sorting out the reform progress of the graduation thesis of economic and management undergraduates,reveals the dilemma of the reform of the graduation thesis of economic and management undergraduates considering professional competence,and puts forward the breakthrough path of the reform of the graduation thesis of economic and management undergraduates from the perspective of professional competence.
