“政、社、企、校”协同实践育人体系研究

“政、社、企、校”协同实践育人将进一步丰富人才培养理论体系、提升学生适应社会的能力、完善实践育人模式,是培养学生解决实际问题能力的必由之路。但是高校在实际工作中还存在对“政、社、企、校”协同实践育人的战略谋划不足、对“政、社、企、校”实践育人的认识不深刻、对“政、社、企、校”协同育人的推进不到位等问题,需要从思想协同和行动协同两个维度来思考四方协同实践育人体系的创建理路,通过建立实践育人的管理机制、运行机制、考核机制,保证实践育人工作的实效性。

The collaborative practice of government,society,enterprises,and universities will further enrich the theoretical system of talent practice,improving the efficiency of ideal and practical training,enhancing students’ability to adapt to society,and perfecting the education model.However,in actual work,there are still insufficient strategic planning for the government,society,enterprises,and universities practice education coordination mechanism,insufficient understanding of the government,society,enterprises,and universities practice education.The implementation and promotion of government,society,enterprises,and universities collaborative education is not in place.Colleges and universities need to think about the construction ideas of the collaborative education system from the perspective of ideological coordination and action coordination,with incentive mechanism and examination and supervision mechanism to ensure the effectiveness of the practice of educating people.
