协同视域下光电信息现代产业学院建设的思考

Thoughts on the Construction of Photoelectric Information Modern Industry College from the Perspective of Collaboration

文章对于现代产业学院的建设进行了探讨,从构建特色鲜明的人才培养方案、双师多能教师队伍建设、教学资源开发与建设、突出实践教学环节、协同构建产业学院建设长效运行机制及加大经费保障和倾斜力度等方面入手,探讨了现代产业学院建设的重点,提出了培养地方院校光电信息类人才综合能力的建议,并给出了通过产业学院交叉融合,多平台、多途径协同培养新时代所需光电人才的结论。

This paper discusses the construction of modern industrial college.It discusses the key points of the construction of modern industrial colleges from the aspects of building a distinctive talent training scheme,building a team of teachers with double teachers and multiple abilities,developing and building teaching resources,highlighting practical teaching links,cooperating to build a long-term operation mechanism for the construction of industrial colleges,and increasing the guarantee and inclination of funds.This paper puts forward some suggestions on cultivating the comprehensive ability of photoelectric information talents in local colleges and universities,and gives the conclusion that the photoelectric talents needed in the new era can be cultivated through cross integration,multiplatform and multi-channel cooperation in industrial colleges.
