全民阅读环境下高校图书馆社会化职能转变模式探索

Exploration on the Transformation Mode of Socialization Functions of University Libraries under the Environment of National Reading

全民阅读政策的落实需要社会各界的大力支持,高校图书馆承担着全民阅读推广的职能和责任。传统意义上的高校图书馆主要以服务广大师生为主,在全民阅读语境中,高校图书馆应充分利用自身的馆藏资源优势,拓展服务对象范围,向社会化职能转变。在实践中,一要在思想上高度重视,二要利用技术手段探索数字化阅读推广途径,三要搭建全民阅读推广平台,打造阅读推广联合体。

The implementation of the national reading policy requires strong support from all walks of life,and university libraries undertake the functions and responsibilities of national reading promotion.In the traditional sense,university libraries mainly serve the majority of teachers and students.In the context of national reading,university libraries should make full use of their own advantages of collection resources,expand the scope of service objects,and transform to socialized functions.In practice,firstly,we must attach great importance to ideology,secondly,we must use technical means to explore digital reading promotion channels,and thirdly,we must build a national reading promotion platform and create a reading promotion consortium.
