摘要
“运营管理”课程是工商管理类专业核心课程,为培养学生的运营能力和创新创业能力提供重要支撑。通过在课程改革中融入服务流程设计,确立了课程改革核心要素,提炼了缺乏教学资源、教师技能储备不足、内容融合不当和实践考核不易等教学问题。结合改革实践,提出“自主开发教学资源”“持续开展教师学习活动与教学研讨”“融合创新课程内容体系”和“改革实践内容,链接创新创业项目”四项改革的具体措施和经验。
Operation Management is a core course for business administration majors,which provides important support for cultivating students’operation ability and innovation and entrepreneurship ability.Through the insight into the advantages of integrating service process design in curriculum reform,the core elements of curriculum reform are established,and the teaching problems such as lack of teaching resources,insufficient teacher skills reserve,improper content integration and difficult practice assessment are refined.Combined with the reform practice,the paper puts forward four specific measures and experience of reform,namely,"independent development of teaching resources","continuous development of teachers’learning activities and teaching seminars","integration of innovative curriculum content system"and"reform of practice content,linking innovation and entrepreneurship projects".
