Evaluation and Analysis of Teaching Reform of Land Engineering Construction and Management

培育应用型、技术型土地卓越工程师是土地整治工程专业设置的终极目标。本文基于OBE教育理念的“清楚聚焦、反向设计”原则,对土地整治工程专业核心课程“土地工程施工与管理”进行内容优化与考评改革,基于成绩分析和问卷调查对考评结果进行评价分析。发现通过引入过程性评价制度、建立多元化评分机制及强化培养学生实践能力的教学模式有利于激发学生的自主能动性,推动学生的个性化发展,为培养高质量土地整治工程专业人才提供有力的帮助,也为相关工程类课程的教学改革提供借鉴和参考。

Cultivating application-oriented and technology-based excellent land engineers is the ultimate goal of land improvement project specialty setting.Based on the principle of"clear focus and reverse design"of OBE education concept,this paper optimizes the content and reforms the evaluation of the core curriculum"Land Engineering Construction and Management"of land remediation engineering specialty,and evaluates and analyzes the evaluation results based on the performance analysis and questionnaire survey.It is found that the introduction of a process evaluation system,the establishment of a diversified scoring mechanism and the strengthening of the teaching mode of cultivating students’practical ability are conducive to stimulating students’initiative,promoting their personalized development,providing strong help for training high-quality land remediation engineering professionals,and also providing reference for the teaching reform of related engineering courses.
