摘要
我国经济社会的飞速发展对专业学位研究生培养提出了更高的要求。目前的专业学位研究生教育在培养质量、培养数量和学科结构等方面存在诸多问题。本研究梳理了专业学位研究生的能力素质构成,分析了专业学位研究生培养的系统价值驱动过程,以培养质量评价及优化、培养数量优化和学科结构优化为手段,提出体系化多维度的科学构建原则,进而建立在学生数量增加的同时培养质量获得提升的综合性体系架构,为学生综合培养质量的实质性提升提供技术性改进方案。
The rapid development of China’s economy and society has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of professional degree graduates.At present,there are many problems in the quality,quantity and discipline structure of professional degree postgraduate education.This research combed the composition of the ability and quality of professional degree graduates,analyzed the system value driven process of professional degree graduate training,proposed a systematic and multi-dimensional scientific construction principle by means of training quality evaluation and optimization,training quantity optimization and discipline structure optimization,and then established a comprehensive system architecture in which the number of students increased while the quality was improved,provide technical improvement plans for the substantial improvement of students’comprehensive training quality.
