以学生为中心的西藏高校美术学专业人才培养路径研究

摘要 以学生为中心教育理念的提出与实践是西藏高校美术学专业人才培养过程中提升教学质量,优化教学模式的准绳。文章结合师范专业认证准备实施阶段的调研与专家反馈,在整体培养过程中,学生的主体地位不够突出,通过对美术学专业人才培养目标与课程目标的合理性修订、丰富教育教学方法、健全评价体系、增强对往届毕业生回访与问卷内容设置等一系列的举措,力图将学生中心理念贯穿人才培养全过程。 The proposal and practice of student-centered education concept is the criterion for improving teaching quality and optimizing teaching mode in the process of cultivating fine arts professionals in Xizang colleges and universities.Combined with the investigation and expert feedback in the preparation and implementation stage of teacher training certification,it can be found that the subject status of middle school students is not prominent enough in the overall training process.Through a series of measures,such as the reasonable revision of the training objectives and curriculum objectives of fine arts,enriching the teaching methods,perfecting the evaluation system,strengthening the return visit to the graduates and the setting of the questionnaire content,the student-centered concept is trying to run through the whole process of talent training.
