翻转课堂视角下倾听能力提升探究

摘要 随着现代信息技术和教育教学的不断发展与融合,线上线下混合式翻转课堂教学实践正在积极开展,翻转课堂教学模式已成为高校课程教学改革的新方向,并受到学界和业界的广泛关注。基于翻转课堂的核心理念,针对传统课堂教学存在的弊端,从翻转课堂视角分析影响课堂有效倾听的因素,并从课堂设计、师生关系、学习者主体等方面提出学习者课堂倾听能力培养建议,以提高学习者的课堂学习效率,提升教师的课堂教学成效。 With the continuous development and integration of modern information technology and education and teaching,the online and offline hybrid flipped classroom teaching practice is being actively carried out.The flipped classroom teaching mode has become a new direction of college curriculum teaching reform,and has attracted extensive attention from the academic and industry.Based on the core concept of the flipped classroom,in view of the drawbacks of traditional classroom teaching,this paper analyzes the factors that affect effective listening in the classroom from the perspective of the flipped classroom,and puts forward suggestions on cultivating learners’listening ability in the classroom from the aspects of classroom design,teacher-student relationship,and learners’subject,so as to improve learners’classroom learning efficiency and teachers’classroom teaching effectiveness.
