摘要 地方性高校要摆脱人才培养模式办学同质化倾向,需要寻求差异化错位发展,建立与地方经济社会发展相适应的独具特色的第二课堂人才培养模式,实现地方特色发展,助力学生全面成长成才,增强地方院校人才培养质量和就业竞争力。第二课堂育人机制路径:学校做好顶层设计、优化培养方案;尽最大努力丰富实训载体设计;积极组织各类学科竞赛;提升教师的工程实践能力;引导学生积极主动参与等。 In order to get rid of the homogeneity of the talent training model,local colleges and universities need to seek differentiated and dislocated development,and establish a unique second classroom talent training model that is compatible with local economic and social development.Grow into talents and enhance the quality of talent training and employment competitiveness in local colleges and universities.The path of the second classroom education mechanism:the school does a good job of top-level design and optimizes the training plan;does its best to enrich the design of the training carrier;actively organizes various discipline competitions;improves teachers’engineering practice ability;guides students to actively participate,etc.
