摘要
文章提出了基于产品创新能力培养的机械类本科学生有限元分析方法新教学模式,针对机械类大学三年级本科生缺乏统合其前两年专业课知识的实际问题,以产品设计为导向,通过在“有限元分析方法”课程中增加高级曲面建模、流体力学基础知识、模态分析等环节,模拟机械专业本科生参加学科竞赛乃至随后工作可能遇到的设计问题,提高学生在实际场景中利用简单工具测绘及建模、设计流固耦合的相关仿真、对设计进行结构的能力。实践证明,本项教学改革能提高机械类本科学生在设计中的手眼协调能力,增强其对材料力学、机械原理等机械类基础课程的深入理解,使其具备以创新思维进行简单机械产品集成设计的能力,为有限元分析方法的教学改革开辟了新道路。
This paper puts forward a new teaching mode of finite element analysis method for mechanical undergraduate students based on the cultivation of product innovation ability.Aiming at the practical problem that the junior undergraduate students of mechanical universities lack the knowledge of integrating their professional courses in the first two years,guided by product design,advanced surface modeling,basic knowledge of fluid mechanics,modal analysis and other links are added to the course of"finite element analysis method",Simulate the design problems that the undergraduate students of mechanical specialty may encounter when participating in the discipline competition and even the subsequent work,and improve the ability of students to use simple tools to survey and model,design relevant simulation of fluid structure coupling,and carry out structure design in the actual scene.Practice has proved that this teaching reform can improve the hand eye coordination ability of mechanical undergraduate students in design,enhance their in-depth understanding of mechanical basic courses such as material mechanics and mechanical principles,and enable them to carry out integrated design of simple mechanical products with innovative thinking,which opens up a new path for the teaching reform of finite element analysis methods.
