摘要
组织行为与管理强调在管理的情境下研究组织和个体行为,具有跨学科、多层次和情境性的特点。只有通过坚持良知、常识、理性和诚信的基本授课原则,并展开多学科、多途径与多方法相融合的授课模式,才能更好地实现激发理想、健全心智、引导思考、传授知识与培养能力的课程宗旨和愿景。
Organizational behavior and management emphasizes the study of organizational and individual behavior in the context of management,which is interdisciplinary,multi-level and situational.By adhering to the basic teaching principles of conscience,common sense,rationality and integrity,and developing the teaching mode of multi-discipline,multi-approach and multi-method,we can better realize the purpose and vision of inspiring ideal,perfecting mind,guiding thinking,imparting knowledge and cultivating ability.
