金融科技交叉性复合人才培养探究

Research on the Cultivation of Interdisciplinary Talents in Financial Science and Technology

近年来随着人工智能、区块链、大数据和云算法等一系列新兴科技持续赋能金融,金融科技行业在全球范围内掀起了一股热潮,随之而来的是金融科技复合型人才的紧缺问题。上海立信会计金融学院联手国外高校开始在金融、科技等相关领域开展多维度、多层次的交流,共同培养具有诚实品性、实践能力、创新意识、国际视野,既熟悉国外先进的专业理念和思维,也能扎根中国文化,适应中国发展需求的一流优秀人才。文章将对上海立信会计金融学院如何在中外合作办学项目背景下取长补短,培养出更加适应中国国情及中国金融市场需求的金融科技交叉性复合人才进行研究。

In recent years,as a series of emerging technologies,such as artificial intelligence,blockchain,big data and cloud algorithm,continue to enable finance,the financial technology industry has still set off a global boom,followed by the shortage of financial technology talents.Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance,together with foreign universities,has begun to carry out multi-dimensional and multi-level exchanges in finance,science and technology and other related fields,and jointly cultivate first-class talents with honesty,practical ability,innovation awareness and international vision,who can not only be familiar with foreign advanced professional concepts and thinking,but also take root in Chinese culture and adapt to China’s development needs.This paper will study how Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance can learn from each other’s strengths and complement each other’s weaknesses in the context of a Sino foreign cooperative school running project,and cultivate interdisciplinary talents in financial science and technology that are more suitable for China’s national conditions and the needs of China’s financial market.
