摘要 随着教育改革的不断深入和发展,研究生招生规模不断扩大,区别于地方高校,军队院校应届研究生招生规模持续下降,且招生质量呈下滑趋势。研究生教育是培养具有一定创新能力的高级知识分子,是引领国家创新发展的主力军,为国家发展提供人才支撑。为了提高研究生培养质量,实现高素质专业化的研究生人才培养目标,结合我校电气工程专业科研成果,将“科研反哺教学”应用于教学目标、课程体系以及教学模式等研究生课程教学各个环节中,使学员及时掌握最新科学研究进展,同时培养和提升研究生的科研素养和道德情操,助力高素质专业化人才培养。 With the deepening and development of educational reform,the scale of postgraduate enrollment has been expanding.Different from local universities,the scale of postgraduate enrollment in military colleges and universities has been declining,and the quality of recruitment has been declining.Graduate education mainly cultivates senior intellectuals with certain innovation ability,is the main force leading national innovation and development,and provides talent support for national development.In order to improve the quality of graduate education,realize the talents training goal of high quality specialized graduate student,scientific research,combining with our school electrical engineering will be"scientific research of feedback teaching"is used in the teaching goal,curriculum system and teaching mode and so on postgraduate courses teaching,make students to master the latest scientific research progress in time.At the same time,cultivate and improve the graduate student’s scientific literacy and moral sentiment,the power of high-quality professional talent training.
