摘要 管理类专业院校是高等教育服务国家创新驱动发展战略的重要力量。“新商科”发展更是提出要以立德树人作为教育理念,以求推动产教学研的深度融合。文章对管理类专业人才培养现状进行研究,发现管理类专业人才核心素养培育过程中存在的一系列问题,并遵循未来“新商科”人才核心素养的培养理念,积极探索新商科背景下管理类专业核心素养课程教学改革的路径和推进方法,旨在为推动“新商科”人才核心素养的培育和发展提供参考与借鉴。 Management colleges are an important force for higher education to serve the national innovation driven development strategy.The development of"New Business"is to propose the educational concept of establishing morality and cultivating people,so as to promote the deep integration of industry,teaching and research.The article studies the current situation of the cultivation of management professionals,finds a series of problems in the cultivation process of the core quality of management professionals,and follows the cultivation concept of the future"new business"talents’core quality,actively explores the path and promotion method of the teaching reform of the core quality curriculum of management professionals under the new business background,aiming to provide reference and reference for promoting the cultivation and development of the core quality of"new business"talents.
