基于微观教育公平的阶梯式动态教学模式研究

摘要 促进教育公平与质量提升,推进和落实教育公平更需要关注微观层面的教育公平。在实现微观教育公平的过程中,课堂教学公平是其中一个重要环节,也是课堂教学改革的内在诉求。文章通过阶梯式动态教学模式对工程制图课堂教学改革进行探索研究,打破了传统课堂上同一内容教授不同班级时,一律采用统一的教学设计的静态过程,为学生提供了差异化的学习内容和解题方法,满足学生多样化的需求,努力发掘每个学生的内在潜力,实现学生自身能力的最大拓展,为实现微观教育公平的课堂教学改革提供了思路。 To promote education equity and quality improvement,promoting and implementing education equity requires more attention to education equity at the micro level.In the process of realizing the fairness of micro education,classroom teaching fairness is an important link and also the internal demand of classroom teaching reform.This paper explores and studies the teaching reform of engineering drawing classroom through the ladder dynamic teaching mode,breaking the static process of unified teaching design when teaching different classes with the same content in the traditional classroom,providing students with differentiated learning content and problem-solving methods,meeting the diverse needs of students,striving to explore the inherent potential of each student,and realizing the maximum expansion of their own abilities,it provides a way to realize the classroom teaching reform of micro education equity.
