国内省属高校本科毕业生就业现状研究——基于武汉科技大学本科毕业生就业质量年度报告的量化分析

Research on the Employment Status of Provincial Colleges Graduates in China——Quantitative Analysis Based on the Annual Report on the Employment Quality of Graduates of Wuhan University of Science and Technology

文章通过分析武汉科技大学近三年本科毕业生就业质量年度报告,发现该校毕业生就业受到新冠肺炎疫情冲击、毕业生升学出国率逐年提高、毕业生就业单位结构出现变化、毕业生选择省内就业人数增加。面对严峻的就业形势,建议高校从厚植理想信念、对标职场标准、开拓多元市场、搭建信息平台、细化帮扶对象等方面做好就业工作。

Through the quantitative analysis of the annual report on the employment quality of graduates of Wuhan University of Science and Technology from 2018 to 2020,it is found that the employment of graduates has been impacted by COVID-19,the rate of graduates studying abroad has increased year by year,the structure of employment units of graduates has changed,and the number of graduates choosing employment within the province has increased.Facing the severe employment situation,it is suggested that colleges make great efforts in strengthening the faith education,helping graduates meet social needs,exploring diversified markets,building information platforms,and clarifying graduates in need.
