摘要
随着我国高校办学规模的不断扩大,越来越多的学子相继进入高等学府接受高等教育,满足了人们对于接受高等教育的热切需求,我国高等教育已进入大众化阶段。教学质量是高等学校的生命线,有效的教学质量评估体系是提高教学质量的制度保障,优化、完善课堂教学质量评估体系无疑是保证教学质量、提高教师教学水平的有效措施。目前,高校基础课教师的教学质量评价方法尚存在不足。文章以“天津科技大学”为例,通过教师学术水平、教师教学方法、教师工作责任心三个方面的评价结果,对教师的教学质量进行综合评价,以期实现对教学过程和教学效果的有效测评与监控。文章结合具体实践,提出教学质量评价改革与完善的建议。
With the continuous expansion of the scale of colleges and universities in China,more and more students have entered institutions of higher learning to receive higher education,meeting people’s eager needs for higher education.China’s higher education has entered the stage of popularization.Teaching quality is the lifeline of colleges and universities.An effective teaching quality evaluation system is the institutional guarantee for improving teaching quality.Optimizing and improving the classroom teaching quality evaluation system is undoubtedly an effective measure to ensure teaching quality and improve teachers’teaching level.At present,there are still some deficiencies in the evaluation methods of teaching quality of basic course teachers in colleges and universities.Taking"Tianjin University of Science and Technology"as an example,this paper conducts a comprehensive evaluation of teachers’teaching quality through the evaluation results of teachers’academic level,teaching methods and teachers’sense of responsibility,with a view to achieving effective evaluation and monitoring of teaching process and teaching effect.Combined with the specific practice,the paper puts forward suggestions on the reform and improvement of teaching quality evaluation.
