新时代高校辅导员职业素质能力提升的再思考

Rethinking on Improving the Professional Quality and Ability of College Counselors in the New Era

当前我国正处于经济和社会的新发展阶段,思想政治工作面临新压力、新挑战。青年大学生是实现第二个百年目标的生力军,加强对其思想政治引领具有重要现实意义。高校辅导员作为大学生思想政治工作的一线践行者,其良好的职业素质能力是影响和引领大学生思想的重要保障。文章在对辅导员职业素质能力内涵分析的基础上,探索从组织者、实施者、指导者三个职业角色维度提升辅导员职业素质能力的有效途径。

At present,China is in a new stage of economic and social development,and ideological and political work is facing new pressures and challenges.Young college students are the new force to achieve the second centenary goal,and it is of great practical significance to strengthen their ideological and political guidance.As a front-line practitioner of college students’ideological and political work,college counselors’good professional quality and ability is an important guarantee to influence and guide college students’thoughts.Based on the analysis of the connotation of counselors’professional quality and ability,this paper explores an effective way to improve counselors’professional quality and ability from the three professional role dimensions of organizer,implementer and director.
