摘要
电子材料是电子科学与技术固体电子方向的专业核心课程之一,主要包括电子材料的性能、制备以及电子元器件设计等所需的相关基础知识。传统的大班课程主要采取“教师讲、学生听”的方式,以概念的讲解和理论的推导为主,很难做到启发式和研讨性教学;探究式小班教学的高师生比有助于教师关注到每个学生的个体差异,充分调动学生的主观能动性。文章从教学理念、教学方法设计、教学内容设计、考评体系设计4个方面介绍了在电子材料课程中进行探究式小班的教学实践,几年的实践结果表明,探究式小班教学有助于电子材料课程效果的提升。
The electronic materials course is one of the important professional core courses in the direction of electronic science and technology solid-state electronics.The traditional large-class curriculum mainly adopts the method of"teacher speaks,students listen",which is mainly based on concept explanation and theoretical derivation.It is difficult to achieve heuristic and seminar teaching.The high teacher-student ratio of inquiry-based small class teaching helps teacher pay attention to the individual differences of each student,fully mobilize the students’subjective initiative.This paper introduces the teaching practice of inquiry-based small classes in the electronic materials course from four aspects:teaching concept,teaching method design,teaching content design,and evaluation system design.Several years of practical results show that inquiry-based small class teaching can help improve the effect of electronic materials courses.
