“三全育人”背景下高校双创人才培养模式创新对策

Innovative Countermeasures for the Training Mode of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Talents in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Three All-round Education

近年来,随着我国教育教学改革的不断深化,“三全育人”的教育理念逐渐被广大教育工作者所接纳认可,创新创业教育正成为高校教育的重要目标之一。高校需以创新创业型人才培养为目标,构建“双创型”人才培养模式,切实提高大学生的创新创业能力。本研究立足于“三全育人”的背景,分析当前高校双创人才培养存在的问题:双创教育定位不准、缺乏专业的师资队伍、缺乏校企协同合作等,并通过合理分析,探讨高校双创人才培养模式的创新对策,以促进高校创新创业教育长远发展。

In recent years,with the continuous deepening of education and teaching reform in China,the educational concept of"three all-around education"has gradually been accepted by the majority of educators.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is becoming one of the important goals of college education.Colleges and universities need to take the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents as the goal,build a"mass entrepreneurship"talent training model,and effectively improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students.This research is based on the background of"three all-around education",analyzes the problems existing in the current college entrepreneurship and innovation talent training:inaccurate orientation of entrepreneurship and innovation education,lack of professional teachers,lack of school enterprise cooperation,etc.,and through reasonable analysis,discusses the innovative strategies of the college entrepreneurship and innovation talent training model,so as to promote the longterm development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
