摘要
研究生教育肩负着科学研究和高层次创新性人才培养的双重使命,已成为国家高等教育的重要环节。导师作为研究生培养的第一责任人,在研究生的教育质量方面发挥着重要的作用。文章以江西理工大学碳纳米材料与柔性器件团队为例,深入分析了多学科融合团队导师组对研究生培养的建设方案、实施过程以及培养成效。高校通过导师组的协同指导,结合“四位一体”多层次培养方案与实施双目标考核手段,实现了研究生的高质量培养,同时形成一整套科学完整的研究生培养模式。
Postgraduate education,shouldering the dual mission of scientific research and training high-level innovative talents,has become an important part of national higher education.As the first person responsible for postgraduate training,tutors play an important role in the quality of postgraduate education.Taking the team of carbon nano materials and flexible devices of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the construction scheme,implementation process and training effect of the multidisciplinary integration team tutor group on postgraduate training.Through the collaborative guidance of the tutor group,combined with the"four in one"multi-level training program and the implementation of double objective assessment means,the high-quality training of postgraduates has been achieved,and a complete set of scientific and complete postgraduate training mode has been formed.
