高校创新创业教育管理人员队伍建设路径探析

Analysis on the Construction Path of Management Personnel of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges

随着全国高校创新创业教育如火如荼地开展,双创教育管理工作的重要性愈发凸显,对于教育教学活动的开展、校内双创氛围的营造、校外双创资源的拓展等具有重要的推动作用。而建设一支高素质、专业化的管理人员队伍能够促进双创教育“提质增效”,助力双创教育整体效能提升。文章从高校双创教育管理人员工作职能出发,分析了当前管理人员队伍普遍存在的问题,并提出优化路径与策略,为各高校双创教育管理队伍建设提供有益借鉴。

With the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges,the importance of management is becoming more and more prominent,which plays a significant role in promoting the development of normal education and teaching activities,the creation of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship atmosphere on campus,and the expansion of external resources and environment.Building a team of high-quality and professional managers can improve the quality and efficiency,and help improve the overall efficiency of entrepreneurship and innovation education.Starting from the work function of the management personnel of entrepreneurship and innovation education in colleges,this paper analyzes the common problems existing in the current management personnel,and puts forward the optimization path and strategy,which can provide beneficial reference for the construction of the management personnel.
