摘要
我国高等教育改革随着国家经济飞速发展而不断深入,当代高校学生的学习、生活方式也随之发生了变化,育人场域从第一课堂向第二课堂拓展,社团逐渐成为高校发挥第二课堂育人功能的重要途径。文章基于布迪厄社会实践理论,视社团的运行为一种具体的实践活动,对社团活动的参与主体、互动过程进行调查研究,从场域、惯习、资本三个向度进行分析,探究贵州高校社团育人功能发挥中存在的问题。结合隐性教育理论,将话语体系、道德规范、体验因素和环境建设融入社团建设,为贵州高校社团实践活动中隐性育人场域构建提出建议。
With the rapid development of the national economy,the reform of higher education in China is constantly deepening,and the learning and lifestyle of contemporary college students have also changed.The field of education has expanded from the first classroom to the second classroom,and associations have gradually become an important way for colleges and universities to play the role of educating people in the second classroom.Based on Bourdieu’s theory of social practice,this paper regards the operation of associations as a specific practical activity,investigates and studies the participants and interaction process of associations,analyzes from three dimensions of field,habit and capital,and explores the problems existing in the development of the educational function of associations in Guizhou universities.Combined with the theory of implicit education,the discourse system,moral norms,experience factors and environmental construction are integrated into the construction of associations,and suggestions are put forward for the construction of implicit education field in the practice activities of Guizhou university associations.
