作为引领和落实职业教育系统变革的重要抓手,1+X证书制度改革要求职业教师具备良好的双师型技能素质,包括正确的职业素养、先进的教育教学能力、优秀的实践技能鉴定能力。要实现高职“双师型”教师高水平发展,可以从提升职业素养、专业教学能力、实践教学能力、技能鉴定能力入手,探索适合教师发展的措施,有效落实1+X证书制度改革,有效保障和培养高素质技术技能人才。

As an important starting point to lead and implement the reform of the vocational education system,the reform of the 1+X certificate system requires vocational teachers to have good dual-qualified skills,including correct professional quality,advanced education and teaching ability,and excellent practical skills appraisal ability.To achieve high-level development of"dual-qualified"teachers in higher vocational schools,we can start from improving professional quality,professional teaching ability,practical teaching ability,and skill appraisal ability,explore measures suitable for teacher development,effectively implement the reform of the 1+X certificate system,and cultivate high-quality technical and technical personnel.
